As per usual there are no Black Friday deals in the shop. If you’re looking for a bargain there are a couple of discounted yarns on the Last Chance page – but otherwise everything costs the same.
Instead we’ll be donating 25% of sales from 1800 yesterday evening (because I sent a newsletter and new orders came in from that) until midnight on Monday. We’ll split that equally between Stonewall and The Trussell Trust.
So if you’re thinking about gift shopping, or a yarn club for next year or a skein of self striping sock yarn – for the next few days you can do that and have money donated to two brilliant charities too.
It hasn’t been the easiest of years for any of the small businesses I know, so I’m very grateful that we’re in a position to be able to donate this money.
