This is the non self striping version of the winning yarn in our What Colour is Hope Competition - an it's full name is Hope : the light within the dark.

As it's not a usual dye pattern for us I've knitted up a swatch which is worked on 64 stitches and 2mm needles, so it's my usual sock set up.

We'll be splitting 50% of the proceeds from the sale of this yarn between Refuge and Stonewall.

Hand dyed 4ply Britsock Yarn

The wools and alpaca are sourced from UK flocks, processed in the UK and custom spun for us in Devon

The wools have not been superwash treated so hand wash only unless you want to make felt.

Although not superwash treated this is great sock yarn - just don't throw your socks in the washing machine
