Do you make any New Year's resolutions? Normally I don't. But since I started my blog, every year I have written a New Year's post about my UFO's. If I have to explain what that means than you must be one of the lucky few who does not have any unfinished projects.

Before I start on this year's list, let's see how I did on the list from last year.

Typically the buttons for a woman's cardigan are placed on the left side while the buttons for a man's cardigan are placed on the right side.

While I was knitting the buttonhole bands of the baby cardigan I was making, I began to wonder why this it is necessary to place the buttons on opposite side for men and women. High Prairie Fiber

While at one of my fiber shows, I met a woman named Abi. Abi owns High Prairie Fibers. She dyes and spins beautiful yarns in small quantities. She invited me to her studio so I could see how yarn is spun. She said she would be happy to work with me to develop colors and yarns for my website. We had so much fun playing with all her gorgeous fibers and wonderful colors!

Do you make any New Year's resolutions? Normally I don't. But since I started my blog, every year I have written a New Year's post. Here is part of what I wrote from last year:
1. I resolve to finish 3 of my UFO (Un Finished Objects!) before I start a new one
2. I vow not to buy ANY more yarn for the next 3 months.
3. I promise to go on a yarn "diet" and lose 20% of my over weight yarn stash.
